Finding A Healthier Rhythm

A truthful record of movement and rhythm: from 92 KG to a 68 KG milestone, and rebuilding balance at 90 KG after moving to the United States.

92 KG

The journey began at 92 KG, with the discomfort of seeing clearly where I was starting from.

The Practice Between

The visible milestones were separated by ordinary sessions: returning to the same movements, paying attention to form, and continuing on days when motivation felt less dramatic than the goal.

A training room can look almost empty before the work begins. That quiet became useful. It made progress feel less like a performance and more like a rhythm that could be repeated.

Some records were almost incidental: a half-seen reflection beside the heavy bag, the shoes resting between sets, an empty floor waiting for movement. Together they remember the ordinary hours that numbers alone leave out.

Not every training record needs to show the whole figure; sometimes the room keeps the memory.

68 KG

68 KG became the visible milestone, but the deeper change was learning how discipline feels in daily life.

90 KG · The Next Rhythm

After relocating to the United States, the drastic shifts in environment, diet, and daily routine quietly unraveled the micro-balance I had built over years. Almost imperceptibly, my weight returned to 90 KG.

The body is an unflinchingly honest mirror. It directly reflects the tensions, stress, and dislocations that accompany life transitions. Yet unlike the uncertainty of standing at 92 KG years ago, there is no panic today—only quiet clarity. Once you have walked the path, you know that health is not a static trophy, but an enduring dialogue with life.

90 KG is simply life asking a fresh question. In a new context, recalibrating the pace, rebuilding sustainable rhythms, and embracing the ebbs and flows of physical existence—this is both a new challenge and an invitation to begin again.
